We believe the fairest approach is to let you try APPEYE completely free for 14 days before any payment is taken. This is why:
You get full access to your chosen plan for 14 days. No credit card is required to start. You can test every feature, connect your apps and websites, and verify APPEYE works for you — completely free.
Payment is only taken after your trial ends and you choose to continue. By that point you have had 14 days to evaluate the service. This is why all payments after the trial are final.
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider after agreeing to these terms, APPEYE reserves the right to:
1. Permanently terminate your account and all associated data immediately
2. Ban your email address, IP address and payment method from future use
3. Report fraudulent chargebacks to payment processors (Stripe/Razorpay)
By accepting these terms you acknowledge that initiating a chargeback on a valid charge constitutes fraud and agree to resolve disputes directly with APPEYE first by emailing support@appeye.app
APPEYE will only consider a refund in these two specific situations:
All other requests — including but not limited to dissatisfaction, lack of use, feature expectations, or business results — are not eligible for refund under any circumstances.
This refund policy is governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. For Indian customers, this policy complies with the Information Technology Act 2000 and Consumer Protection Act 2019. For EU customers, by subscribing you explicitly waive your right to a 14-day cooling-off period as defined under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, as you have been provided a free trial period of equivalent or greater duration before any charge is applied.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of APPEYE ("Service"), operated by Snehankit Patil ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at appeye.app and related domains.
By accessing or using APPEYE, creating an account, or making a payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use APPEYE.
APPEYE is a web-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) business intelligence and management dashboard for mobile app developers and website owners. The Service is provided "as-is" and "as-available" without any warranties of any kind.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. APPEYE is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until the end of the period you have paid for. No refunds are issued for cancellations — see Refund Policy above.
You agree not to use APPEYE to:
APPEYE integrates with third-party services including Google Sheets, AdMob, AdSense, Razorpay, Stripe and others. APPEYE is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or functionality of these third-party services. Disruptions to third-party services do not entitle you to refunds or credits.
APPEYE reads data from your Google Sheets in read-only mode. We do not write to, modify, or delete your Sheet data. You retain full ownership of your data at all times. APPEYE does not store your Sheet data on our servers.
APPEYE reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without notice, for any breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or behaviour that harms APPEYE or its users. No refund will be issued upon termination for cause.
All content, features, design, code, logos and branding of APPEYE are the exclusive property of Snehankit Patil. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia, Canada. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email to your registered address with 14 days notice. Continued use of APPEYE after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

APPEYE is a dashboard and analytics tool. We help you see and manage your business data. We do not guarantee any specific revenue, growth, eCPM improvements, SEO rankings, or business outcomes.
Any results mentioned in testimonials, case studies, or marketing materials are examples of what some users have achieved. They are not typical and are not a guarantee of what you will achieve.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, APPEYE and its owner Snehankit Patil shall not be liable for:
In all cases, APPEYE's maximum liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
APPEYE is provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
The Tesla 3·6·9 optimization algorithm used in APPEYE is a proprietary scheduling methodology inspired by Nikola Tesla's principles. It is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or guaranteed by any academic institution or Tesla's estate. Results from this methodology vary by user, app, audience, and market conditions. No specific eCPM improvement or revenue increase is guaranteed.
Nothing in APPEYE constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Always consult qualified professionals for decisions affecting your business, finances, or legal standing.
